Today we are announcing Not Another CEO Masterclasses. Our masterclasses help CEOs action the collective wisdom of the world’s best operators and cover the most common issues for startup CEOs. In January, we are launching two masterclasses: Turn hiring into a competitive advantage, and Finding & closing the right investors.
👥 Turn hiring into a competitive advantage [virtual]
Starts Tuesday, January 20 @ 4:30PM ET
Hiring the right people is one of the most important levers for scaling a business. Yet many companies fail at it. Their interview process is inconsistent, biased or treats hiring as a checkbox rather than a strategic system. In this masterclass, learn how to create a culture of hiring excellence for your company through two complementary sessions and office hours:
How to conduct great interviews
How to build a hiring system that works
You’ll walk away able to successfully conduct interviews, build a repeatable hiring engine, and avoid the common traps that cost companies time, money and culture.
💰 Finding & closing the right investors [virtual]
Starts Wednesday, January 21 @ 9:30AM ET
Raising capital is one of the most challenging and consequential activities for any growing company. Yet, many founders approach fundraising haphazardly, chasing the wrong investors, making the wrong pitch and leaving that much needed capital unclosed. This masterclass will enable you to raise your round via two complementary sessions and office hours:
Close financing with the perfect pitch
Identify, target and build relationships with the right investors
Leave with confidence in your pitch to investors, and in finding partners who truly understand your vision and will close.
🎤 Speaking Engagements
In December, David Politis is wrapping his 2025 roadshow paying forward the wisdom collected from hundreds of the most successful founders in the world.
Next week, we are thrilled to be partnering again with our friends at SaaSBoomi for a dedicated workshop for their community.
In it, David will cover Things everyone f***cks up and should do differently. If this session sounds interesting to you, please register below for our virtual workshop on this same topic in January.

⏪ Last Month’s Recap
Last month’s launch event for ATL CEO Club, in partnership with our friends at Scalebound, was a huge success. We already count 100 ATL based tech CEOs as members, and we feel on our way to building what we feel Atlanta’s tech leaders have been missing: a curated room where top CEOs can show up fully as themselves.
In New York, we threw a well attended happy hour for tech Founders & CEOs. Huge thanks to our partners at Gunderson Dettmer for hosting our community. We had dozens of founders in attendance, who enjoyed conversations, drinks and food, as well as some thoughts on building companies from Not Another CEO’s David Politis.
CEOs brought their whole selves, and dove into honest, no-BS conversations. If you are an ATL or NYC based tech CEO, please apply for membership to our community:
We also held a series of well attended virtual workshops for CEOs and their teams.
Iris Mansour, Former Senior Creator Relations Manager at Linkedin, shared high-impact strategies for founders and CEOs to build trust and drive content visibility on the platform. Iris walked CEOs through tactical examples of how to succeed on LinkedIn. If you are a leader in tech looking to use Linkedin to build your personal brand, feel free to reach out to her directly.
And last week we held a virtual workshop where Eli Winderbaum, Head of CX at Mirage (formerly Captions) shared their journey to becoming an AI first Customer Experience org.
Eli led a highly engaged workshop where he covered the core role AI agents are now playing in Mirage’s customer experience, as well as technical implementation details. For more information, please read How 12 years, 5 startups & 500k tickets shaped Mirage’s AI-first CX or reach out to Eli on Linkedin.
We hope that 2025 ends strong for you and your company, and that you get some time to relax over the holidays. We cannot wait to support you in 2026. We will be back and hitting the ground running in January.
